Emma Hickman joins BBA//Fjeldco
English solicitor Emma Hickman joined BBA//Fjeldco at its London office in November. Emma has extensive experience of corporate law, M&A and private equity transactions and providing general commercial advice to corporates, including start-up companies and entrepreneurs. Emma has previously worked at K&L Gates in London, Logos in London and JMW in Manchester.
The addition of Emma will further strengthen the international team of BBA//Fjeldco and ensure the firm as the first choice for selection of advisors in projects and transactions between Iceland and the UK as well as other cross-border transactions. In addition to Emma Hickman, the London team of BBA//Fjeldco now consists of Claire Broomhead, who has over 20 years’ experience in corporate law, Gunnar Thor Thorarinsson, who is qualified in both Iceland and England and has 20 years’ experience, and the Icelandic attorney Anna Bjorg Gudjonsdottir, who has been with the Reykjavik office since 2013.
